REFILLS REQUESTED ONLINE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS TO FILL DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, WHICH BEGIN ON MONDAY MORNING.

Please fill out the form below to request a refill for your prescriptions. If you have more than 4 different prescriptions to request, please fill out this form COMPLETELY as many times as is necessary to enter all medications.

DO NOT USE THIS FORM IF YOU REQUIRE IMMEDIATE OR WEEKEND ASSISTANCE. INSTEAD, CALL OUR OFFICE AT 303-740-9595. 

Our online refill policy is as follows:

The prescription request will be received during normal business hours (M-F 9am-5pm) a minimum of 24 hours prior to planned pick up time. If the request is received over the weekend, your order will be processed on Monday and ready for pickup on Tuesday. As an emergency clinic, we fill prescriptions as a courtesy to our patients. Our staff is devoted to caring for our patients and we are not equipped to provide expedited prescriptions. In order to provide expedited service (less than 24 hours) or service outside normal business hours, a fee of $20 will be assessed and must be called in, NOT SUBMITTED ONLINE. An AHSC employee will contact you when the prescription is ready to be picked up. An emergency refill outside normal business hours will only be enough for 48 hours and must be called in to one of our Client Services Representatives. You will need to speak with your specialist for a regular refill.
